How to Get Here

Access to the Reserve is via Singapore or Batam, Indonesia.

From Singapore: approximately 4 hours

From Batam: approximately 3 hours

Seaplane flight time: around 80 minutes, operating 7 days a week, up to 4 flights daily

Luggage allowance: Due to seaplane weight restrictions, luggage is limited to 15kg per person (including carry-on). Excess luggage may be stored with us securely.

Given the early departure times, we recommend staying overnight in Singapore or Batam the night before.

From Singapore

Bawah provides private chauffeured transfers from the airport, hotel or residence to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. Accompanied by our dedicated host, you will take a ferry to Batam, Indonesia (approx. 30 minutes). After clearing immigration, you will proceed to Batam Airport and board an AIRFAST amphibious seaplane. After an approximately 80-minute flight, you will land on the Reserve’s lagoon, where your journey truly begins.

From Batam

We offer private chauffeured transfers from hotels or residences in Batam. Guests may also fly into Hang Nadim International Airport (BTH), where a representative will meet you and escort you directly to the AIRFAST seaplane departure point.

Private Aircraft

If arriving by private jet, we recommend flying directly into Hang Nadim Airport (BTH) for a seamless transfer to the AIRFAST seaplane bound for Bawah.

Private Yacht

We welcome guests arriving by private yacht. Please reserve your accommodation and berth in advance. Due to size restrictions within the lagoon, our concierge team will assist with your arrival arrangements every step of the way.

Two-Bedroom Luxury Pool Villa | 200 m²Main suite (90 m²) with king bed and private lounge, plus a separate twin suite (70 m²). Includes a covered outdoor dining pavilion, private pool with water features and direct lagoon access.

Two-Bedroom Infinity Pool Villa | 203 m²Ideal for friends or couples, with two king bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms connected by a covered dining and lounge area, plus an infinity pool, sundeck and direct lagoon access.

Three-Bedroom Luxury Pool Villa | 310 m²Can be configured with an additional canopy beachfront suite linked to the main villa via a covered walkway — perfect for multi-generational families.

Four-Bedroom Infinity Pool Villa | 750 m²Connected by covered walkways, with four king or twin bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. Features two communal dining and lounge areas and two private pools with expansive views. Ideal for families and groups seeking complete privacy.
