• Complimentary pick-up/drop-off service (to/from Hakuba JR Station or Happo Bus Terminal) is available by advance reservation and must be arranged no later than 12:00 noon the day before your arrival or departure. Additionally, this service is only provided during check-in/check-out hours (3:00 PM to 8:00 PM / 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM), and is limited to one transfer per reservation.

• Complimentary Shuttle Service available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (subject to availability, first-come, first-served, any shuttle after 20pm needs to be requested by 19pm on the day).

• Cleaning Service：

• For stays under 5 nights, regular trash collection is provided (please tie trash bags securely and place them in the outdoor trash bin for staff to collect during the day).

• For stays of 5 nights or more, one mid-stay cleaning is provided, including towel and linen replacement.

*Upon check-out, the villa must be kept in basic cleanliness: all garbage must be placed in the trash cans, tableware and kitchenware must be washed or placed in the dishwasher, and all moved furniture must be returned to its original position, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Smoking is prohibited in the villa. Violators will be fined huge amount and may be evicted from the villa without a refund.
