Nature and modern architecture intertwine at this villa, which epitomises the perfect blend of modern design and sustainability. It prominently features granite stone in natural textures and colours that will develop an even more beautiful patina over time.

Feel the beauty of nature at your feet, walking on the terrazzo and teak wood flooring, which are applied throughout the house. Inside and out, the villa is a marriage of sleek design and natural elements, complemented by turquoise and beige furnishings that hark to the calming hues of the sea.

Baan Sang’s design integrates seamlessly with nature, embodying its eco-conscious character. An open-plan living room connects to a pool terrace with an exceptional view of the Five Islands. Breezy ceiling fans cool the already airy spaces, while the soothing fountain by the pool adds calming water movement.

The sunbeds offer an ideal spot for tanning, reading, and enjoying a glass of wine. A plunge pool runs along the length of the basement floor, which also features a balcony with tranquil views of pine trees and coconut plantations. Plus, a discreet backyard offers convenient access to the car porch.

The villa features four spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Each room features a king-size bed and spacious ensuite bathroom, and is decorated with locally handcrafted pieces, adding a unique decorative touch.

Whether you’re a beach lover or a mountain climber, there’s a room with a perfect view for you. Glass doors allow natural light to flood in, creating a bright and airy atmosphere in every room. The second-floor bathrooms enjoy wonderful treetop views. Of special note is the indoor-outdoor master bathroom, with a bathtub made for long soaks and an outdoor shower area that lets you commune with nature.

Private Chef service is included in the rates.

The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee.

Fresh linens are provided. Turn Down Service daily.

Fresh towels and toiletries are provided; Hairdryers, Drying/Towel racks are available.

Child Policy and Extra Bedding

A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa.

Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.

Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.

Pool fences are available on request at extra charge.

Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
