This stunning pool villa is built to enhance the beauty of its incredible surroundings, while offering panoramic views at every turn. The walkway makes a nod to the form of coconut leaves, with its angular lines casting wonderful shadowplay throughout the day. Inside, luxurious furnishings from B&B Italia and Poltrona Frau, a custom Murano glass dining table, and Smeg kitchen appliances elevate the interior design.

A Feast for the Senses

Guests are greeted by a Koi fish pond and are invited to explore a series of multi-storey buildings linked by beautiful wooden decks. The top floor features an infinity pool and deck with panoramic vistas, along with an outdoor dining area and a lounge sofa. The main building boasts a stylish living room with designer furnishings on the ground floor and a spacious movie room on the second floor. Kelapa House is also a true wellness haven — its amenities include a private gym, sauna, steam room and a spa pavilion.

Kelapa House offers four spacious bedrooms, all of which enjoy remarkable views. Two ensuite bedrooms are located in the main building, each with a king-size bed, work desk and an ensuite bathroom.

Two other bedrooms are located on the lower levels in an adjacent building, and have access to a shared pantry, dining and lounge area on the ground floor. These two ensuite rooms each feature a king-size bed, work desk, daybed and bathroom.

YOGA DECK

Start your day with a calming yoga session on the pool deck, while taking in the bird’s eye view of this paradisal island. Contact the villa team to arrange an instructor for you (at extra charge).

IN-VILLA SPA

Treat yourself to an indulgent spa experience in the wood-clad spa room, which has soothing views of the greenery. A masseuse or spa therapist can be booked for private appointments (at extra cost).

PRIVATE GYM

Cardio, weight training, stretching and more — everything you need is in this in-villa gym. It’s equipped with world-class Technogym equipment to inspire you to work out the most stylish setting.

MEDIA ROOM

Chef Fee

Private Chef service included (excluding grocery bill + 25% handling fee + 7% VAT).

The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisines, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance.

We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

Linen and Towels

Fresh linens are provided. Turn Down Service daily.

Fresh towels and toiletries are provided; Hairdryers, Drying/Towel racks are available.

Extra Bedding and Child Policy

A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa.

Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.

Pool fences are available on request at extra charge.

Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional daybeds can be arranged for this property.

Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
