Duarte Place is a three bedroom, two bathroom home in Tribeca. In this home’s open-plan living area you’ll find an ice-blue retro kitchen (where there’s a breakfast bar), an antique dining table and a colourful sitting area hung with bold canvases. The ensuite master bedroom’s a subtler space, but it shares the same arty vibe, thanks to its printed king-size bed and collection of black-and-white pictures. Outside, Tribeca’s streets are lined with hip bars and eateries. You’ll also find a fair few museums and arts venues nearby, and it’s only a four-minute walk to the subway at Canal Street.

Cancellation Policy

* in London, Paris & Los Angeles: If guests need to cancel, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of the arrival date, the booking will be non-refundable. *For bookings in New York city: Upon execution, the Lease will be a binding obligation of the parties which may only be canceled by either party by providing written notice of cancellation no later than ninety days (90) prior to the Lease Commencement Date. In case of cancellation by Guest within ninety days (90) prior to the Lease Commencement Date, the Homeowner will recover the full amount of the Security Deposit. Villa & Chalet Collection（Including Home Collection in Rome & Florence）： If guests wish to cancel, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 90 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 90 days of the arrival date, the booking will be non-refundable. Any change in the number of bedrooms/guests, shortening of stay, or alteration of check-in dates for any reason will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy. Any handling fees or exchange rate differences incurred due to cancellation shall be borne by the guest.
