Ski Shuttle Service：
Destinations: Goryu, Hakuba 47, Iimori, Happo, Iwatake, Tsugaike
Pick-up and return service from the chalet to the ski resort based on fixed schedule, available to all guests. Each chalet can use this service once daily. Our shuttle accommodates 8-9 people, including ski gear. If your group exceeds capacity, we'll arrange pick-ups for the second group once the first is done. Remember to request this service by 6:00 PM the day before its intended use.
Supermarket Shuttle: Every 3 nights stay, upon request
Restaurant Shuttle: Available to co-operated Restaurant
Cleaning Service：refreshment cleaning every 3 days, full middle cleaning every 6 days
*Upon check-out, the villa must be kept in basic cleanliness: all garbage must be placed in the trash cans, tableware and kitchenware must be washed or placed in the dishwasher, and all moved furniture must be returned to its original position, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Smoking is prohibited in the villa. Violators will be fined huge amount and may be evicted from the villa without a refund.
