Villa Peace is a stunning oceanfront luxury villa located on the northeastern tip of Koh Samui, perfect for large families or groups. With five double bedrooms plus a bunk room for kids, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults and 4 kids. Just a 10-minute drive from Samui Airport, this villa is part of the exclusive Sunset Cove Estate and offers breathtaking views of the sea and Koh Pha Ngan.

The villa spreads over four levels, each designed to maximize the ocean views. The entrance opens to a koi pond, flanked by two ensuite double bedrooms with king-sized beds. Downstairs, there are additional bedrooms, including a family pavilion perfect for adults and children, all fitted with premium bedding and ensuite bathrooms stocked with high-quality toiletries.

The third level is the heart of the villa, featuring an open-plan living area with a gym, pool table, home office, and a large TV for movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking, and the terrace includes a BBQ grill, dining area, and a 14-meter saltwater pool designed for both adults and children. The lowest level offers a grassy lawn and direct access to the sea, with two kayaks available for exploring nearby islands.

Child Policy

- kids under 11 are free of charge if they use existing bedding. - The maximum occupancy of the villa cannot exceed the standard occupancy. Additional charges apply for more than the specified number of people (adults or children over 11 years old)

Cancellation Policy

Intermediate, High and Prime (i.e. not during Christmas or New Year) seasons: 30 days or more before arrival date: All payments are forfeited but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the villa. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved. Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the villa secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial cancelled reservation. Christmas and New Year period: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the villa secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation. Any change in the number of bedrooms/guests, shortening of stay, or alteration of check-in dates for any reason will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy. Any handling fees or exchange rate differences incurred due to cancellation shall be borne by the guest.
