HOSHINOYA Guguan is located in the Guguan Hot Spring area in the valley formed by the erosion of the Dajia River, which originated from the snow-capped mountains at an altitude of 3,800 meters, between the five major mountain ranges in the eastern suburbs of Taichung City. Around the Guguan area,the mountain peaks are verdant and the scenery is beautiful.The groundwater of the abundant Dajiaxi Stream absorbs the earth's energy and becomes a well-known hot spring zone.

HOSHINOYA Guguan is a hot spring resort designed for modern people. The exterior and garden design are integrated into the beautiful scenery of the valley in Guguan. There is a forest garden where you can walk through, a Japanese hot spring bath, a swimming pool, a spa, a restaurant, etc. Everywhere you go, you can feel the flow of water and listen to the sound of the rippling water.

Most of the guest rooms are designed for the double deck and have separate all-natural semi-open-air hot spring bath. We use different floors to separate the soup-soaking area and living space.   This special room, only one of which is available, can accommodate up to seven guests. It has a maisonette layout and features two double bedrooms and a third bedroom that can accommodate three. Each bedroom is enclosed for greater privacy. A wide terrace furnished with a dining table allows guests to enjoy al fresco dining amid a stunning mountain view. This is the perfect room for celebrating a special occasion.

  Staying for 4 people, 112 ㎡

  The only rooms without a maisonette layout, these suites--only three of which are available--are ideal for elderly guests or those traveling with small children. Each suite has two bedrooms, allowing up to four guests to stay comfortably. The living area is designed for floor-level relaxation, while stunning views of Guguan can be enjoyed from the wide terrace. There is also a large bathtub in which guests can soak in comfort while taking in the surrounding scenery.

  Staying for 2 people, 105 ㎡

  Featuring a bath area twice as large as in other rooms, this maisonette-style room provides a living area that is furnished for in-room dining, and still features a floor-level lounge sofa for enjoying the view. Only five of these rooms are available. The bath area features a sofa instead of a bench for added comfort after a soak. Tatami flooring made of rush straw fills the room with a fresh earthy scent.

  These maisonette rooms accommodate up to three guests. The living area has been designed for floor-level relaxation so guests can stretch out, creating the perfect setting for a casual meal or conversation with friends or family. The bath area is spacious and features a shower stall and a bench for resting after a bath. A terrace provides a space for basking in the soothing breezes of Guguan, allowing guests to cool off after their luxurious bath.

  These rooms are constructed in a maisonette layout where the living area and bedroom are on one level and the bath area is on another. The living area features a picture window looking out over the surrounding scenery--the perfect accompaniment for meals and engaging conversation.
