You acknowledge that the Accommodation is a home and you agree not to access any cupboard or drawers which have been sealed with tamper tape and you agree to pay a fixed charge as set out in the House Rules for any breach of any tamper tape. Guests are expected to comply with any regulations for use of the property. If any Guest breaches any of these conditions or the regulations, we reserve the right to charge or request a Guest vacate the house immediately without refund. We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 8am. In the event that these are discovered after departure we will notify you or the booker within 7 days of departure with full details and where possible photographic evidence. Cleanliness: Please leave the house in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order on departure. Out of respect for following Guests, beds are not to be slept in without linen. We provide adequate bed linen for all our booking Guests. An additional charge will be made for extra cleaning or specialist cleaning to return the house to a fit state for occupation. Additional charges may include compensation for loss of revenue in addition to cleaning and repairs.
