Child Policy

- child over 12 years old will be charge at one adult extra-bed 900 THB. - For child 4-11 years old ABF is charged at 50% of adult rate.-

Cancellation Policy

- no charge if cancelled 7 or more days before arrival - one night will be charged if cancelled within 7 days of arrival - in case of no-show the amount for the whole stay will be charged Any change in the number of bedrooms/guests, shortening of stay, or alteration of check-in dates for any reason will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy. Any handling fees or exchange rate differences incurred due to cancellation shall be borne by the guest.
