Villa Nathalie is a luxury villa located in a much sought after area of France. The villa is located near the famous Isle Sur La Sorgue, a historic and picturesque town built around a series of canals. You will also be within a twenty minute drive of Avignon with its impressive architectural sites such as the Popes’ Palace.
The grounds at Villa Nathalie include a pristine swimming pool with a tiled deck. The villa also provides a barbeque grill. After sizzling up some of your favorite cuts, you can recline for some alfresco dining on the covered terrace. High speed Internet access and baby equipment are also provided. Take advantage of the optional chef service and pre-stocking option for the ultimate getaway experience.
The living room features comfortable beige leather sofas from which you can either watch TV or simply take in the splendor of the green foliage that surrounds you. The great bay windows let in much natural sunlight. The furnishings throughout are elegant and befitting of your Provencal surroundings.
The main house at Villa Nathalie contains four bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests. The two bedrooms with king sized beds also feature en-suite bathrooms. The pool house, Le Mazet, with queen and sofa beds, can accommodate up to four guests. Le Mazet also has a small, equipped kitchen with an oven and fridge.
A little further north from Avignon, lies the town of Orange. There you can discover the ruins of the ancient Roman Theatre built under Emperor Augustus in the first century. Surprisingly intact, the theatre is a must see for history buffs. Golf aficionados will also be happy to be located close to the pristine eighteen holes at the Provence Country Club. Guests generally arrive in Paris at Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) and transfer to the high speed TGV train headed for Avignon (approx. 2h40m). Once in Avignon, a rental car is suggested to drive to the villa.
Other options include flying into Marseille (MRS) or Nice (NCE) and then renting a car.
There is also a small airport in Avignon that has some flights from London and can also accommodate private jets.
