Our two Garden Suites are actually self-contained apartments and are located in the building adjacent to Villa Spalletti Trivelli, directly connected through the Villa's garden.

Each Apartment measures from 80 to 100 square metres and has a double bedroom, two bathrooms, a large sitting room with sofabed, a kitchen, and a private terrace with chaise longue, garden sofas and armchairs.

The Apartments provide every comfort, with individual air conditioning system, plasma TV with a large selection of international cable channels, high-speed internet access, independent telephone lines and a complimentary mini bar in the kitchen.

Guests have full access to the Villa's amenities, including the buffet breakfast in the Sala Papier Peint, the hosted bar in the Salone degli Arazzi and free access to the onsite Gym, hammam and turkish bath. Room service in the apartment is available for an extra charge.

Cancellation Policies:

• Any reservation can be cancelled up to 21 days prior to the day of arrival (12.00hrs) without any penalty.

• Cancellation penalty is 30% of stay if cancelled from 21 to 16 days prior to the date of arrival.

• Cancellation penalty is 50% of stay if cancelled from 15 to 6 days prior to the date of arrival.

• Cancellation penalty is 100% of stay if cancelled 5 days prior to the date of arrival and in.

• Case of no-shows/earlier departures.

• Room service is not available for apartment.

• Baby cot free of charge for children under the age of 5 years(upon request upon booking). Children under the age of 6 years may stay free of charge when sharing parents' bed.
