Architecturally designed with a flowing openness to the stunning surroundings, the Vineyard Villa offers magnificent views across and out to sea.

Taking its name from its unique location, the Vineyard Villa is tucked quietly amongst established vines.

An entertainer’s haven or a romantic’s escape, the house features three bedrooms and three separate entertaining areas.

Enjoying expansive views over the wetland valley and out into Wairoa bay, the living quarters offer an open and welcoming space, perfect for entertaining. At the front of the house, a covered terrace provides year-round outdoor dining, while a sheltered courtyard to the west offers sunset views and an inviting open-air fire.

With two king bedrooms and a master suite, the Vineyard Villa sleeps six people comfortably.

On the seaward side, the open kitchen and generous living quarters soak in the morning sun.

Nestled into the vineyard side, the bedroom suites are enfolded by warm timbers and soft plaster, offering an intimate escape.

Understated modern furnishings have been carefully selected to match the villa’s calm aesthetic and work alongside the dark wood and stone materials that run throughout the house.

Cancellation Policy

At any time earlier than twenty eight days prior to commencement of the stay the Deposit is forfeited; at any time between twenty eight days and fourteen days prior to commencement of the stay the Deposit is forfeited and an amount being equal to 50% of the Tariff less the Deposit is immediately due and payable; and at any other time an amount equal to the Tariff, less the Deposit. In addition to the cancellation payments, you are liable for any costs, including cancellation costs, incurred in the arranging or provision of Additional Services in anticipation of the stay. Any change in the number of bedrooms/guests, shortening of stay, or alteration of check-in dates for any reason will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy. Any handling fees or exchange rate differences incurred due to cancellation shall be borne by the guest.
