• This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

• The standard booking period in the peak and mid-season is 5 to 7 nights.

• The standard booking period in the low season is 5 nights, but 3 or 4-night stays are possible in selected apartments.

• New Year's week is a 7 night booking that overlaps Dec 31/Jan 1.

• Standard check-in time is 3.30 pm.Arrivals after 7:00 pm need to be arranged in advance and are subject to a €75 late arrival fee. Staff is not available to greet guests after 10.00 p.m.

• The check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on your departure date. Should you need to store your luggage past this time it can be arranged with your greeter.

Cancellation Policies:

• Cancelling more than 120 days before arrival date: Payments made are fully refundable, minus €195 administration fee and 4% fee charged by bank to process the refund.

• Cancelling between 120-91 days before arrival date: 35% of the total rent will be retained.

• Cancelling less than 90 days before arrival date: Rent payment is not refundable. Please protect yourself and take out travel insurance.
