1) Villa Victoria Barcelona is inside Barcelona city in a residential area and the nightly rest of other neighbors must be respected, for this matter schedules have to be met: Quiet time is every day from 22:00 to 09:00. Parties are not allowed.

Hot tub & pool time is Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 22:30 and weekends from 09:30 to 22:30. In order to respect the neighbours there is a decibel detector.

2) The person who signs the contract upon arrival has to be older than 25 years.

3）Regular checkin/out time is 15:00-11:00, an early check-in from 12:00 will depend on availability and could cause an additional charge.

4）If you are arriving after 20.00 h, there is a late check-in fee of 10 €, after 22.00 h a fee of 20€ and after 00:00 h a fee of 30€; additional 10€ during holidays.

5) If it is possible, you may stay in the property until 18:00 but this will be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the apartment rental price per night；Leaving any time after 18:00 will entail an additional charge corresponding to the full rental price per night of the apartment.
