Gran Villa San Pietro is located within the exclusive West Marbella El Madronal estate. West Marbella is famous for the best beaches and beach clubs along the whole coast, and is also home to the dazzling port town of Puerto Banos full of mega- yachts, glitzy shops, restaurants, trendy bars and clubs.

Gran Villa San Pietro is a luxurious, fully air conditioned 5-bedroom villa complete with a fully independent 2-bedroom apartment. The villa offers breathtaking panoramic views from all bedrooms, living areas, and around the large pool.

A large ultra modern kitchen is finished off with polished granite countertops. The formal dining area leads into the light and airy lounge, with its beautiful vaulted ceilings. The master suite comes complete with a private terrace, dressing area and an exquisite stone and marble finished en-suite bathroom. All the suites/bedrooms have similar en-suite bathrooms.

The spa complex, ideal for winter or summer use, includes a large indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and bar area as well as an outdoor 8-person hot tub, plus fitness equipment you can use while enjoying the beautiful views.

Located on one of the premier private suburbs of the Costa del Sol, the ultra-exclusive El Madronal, with 24-hour gated access. This location is less than ten minutes drive from the dazzling nightlife, restaurants and marina of Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its quaint old town, picturesque orange square and designer shops.

The charming town of San Pedro with over 200 cafés and restaurants, fine sandy beaches and seafront promenade is just 5 minutes away. A two minute drive away is Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club designed by Severiano Ballesteros, which also boasts two driving ranges, tennis courts, squash, sauna, gym, paddle tennis, Proshop, restaurant, cafe and a children's play area. The 18 hole par 72, with views through the valley to the Mediterranean and North Africa beyond, constitutes golf at its very best.

All are spacious and luxurious, with either a private balcony/terrace or direct garden access through opening double-doors and breath-taking views. All bedrooms have sumptuous memory-foam topped mattresses, finest Egyptian cooling cotton bed linens, luxury duvets and pillow menu offering different weights and lofts for a perfect night sleep, 32 or 40 LED HD TV's with 200+ international satellite channels, high speed internet,safes, silent/hand-casted fans with teak blades, dressing tables and comfortable seating, large/modern luxurious en-suite bathrooms feature rain showers, fine toiletries, the fluffiest of high quality cotton towels and hair dryers.

A midweek bedding change is included in the rate.
Additional housekeeping services can be arranged at £16 per hour. Villa staff can help you with all tasks such as: laundry and ironing clothes, making bedrooms, washing dishes and helping you to prepare food, and serving your guests. We recommend to contract at least 4 hours per day, as you will find having this extra help greatly increases your enjoyment of your holiday at the villa. You may add from 1 to 6 hours of additional cleaning help. All housekeeping charges must be agreed and paid for in advance of your rental.
Private Chef.
Daily fresh breakfasts, lunches and dinners can be prepared by a personal chef as required. Please check our concierge & villa service section or call to discuss your requirements.

The standard number of guests is 18. If required, it is possible to increase the number of guests by setting up extra beds within the existing rooms. The maximum capacity of this villa is 28 guests.£34 per person per night for each additional person for rentals of 7 days or more, and £49 for shorter rental periods.

Daily housekeeping services of two hours per day is mandatory. This is required for general household cleaning, and to have invaluable help on hand for any questions you may have about the villa and local area. This is charged at £16 per hour, from the day after your arrival up to and including the day of your departure. If you would like to increase the hours of housekeeping we have a special offer: BUY ONE HOUR AND GET ONE HOUR FREE.

Daily fresh breakfasts, lunches and dinners can be prepared by a qualified personal chef as required. Please check concierge & villa services section or call to discuss your requirements.

The balance plus £1,000 fully refundable security and damages deposit is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking more than two calendar months before your arrival date then your will lose your deposit only; If you cancel your booking between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to arrival then you will be liable for 50% of the villa rental and concierge costs; If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to arrival then you will be liable for 100% of the rental and concierge costs; Any change in the number of bedrooms/guests, shortening of stay, or alteration of check-in dates for any reason will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy. Any handling fees or exchange rate differences incurred due to cancellation shall be borne by the guest.
