This early 20th century neoclassical and artistic heritage listed villa has been completely refurbished in 2009 with style flair and great attention to detail. All modern conveniences; air- conditioning, heating, TV, safes and WI-FI in all rooms, modern bathrooms and the wonderful combination of hand-picked antiques with cutting-edge modern furniture and carefully placed lighting ensures a very comfortable stay in a modern and practical setting.

All of the bedrooms are spacious doubles and have individual climate control, WI-FI, safe box and 32 inch LED TVs some, a small sofa, dressing table and large wardrobes.

Entering through the front door, you find yourself in the impressive foyer with its majestic marble staircase rising to the upper floors. With two stunning 18th century Chinese vases and bronze chandeliers you can fully imagine the majesty and elegance of the time. The 250m2 which makes up this floor has been cleverly designed to ensure a feeling of relaxation and fun from the moment you enter. The games and meeting room which takes up almost 200m2 and has been designed in a loft style, features pool and table-tennis tables, foosball, board games, meeting area, comfortable sofas, a 55inch 3D TV (with 3D glasses), computer, bar and a quiet reading area, there is definitely something for everyone. Also on this floor, you will find the first of the double bedrooms and a sleek bathroom complete with shower unit.

Going up to the first floor, you will find another 4 double bedrooms each stylishly and comfortably decorated. There are two complete bathrooms, one with bath/shower combination and the other, which is en-suite to the master bedroom, has a corner bath with jacuzzi jets.

Also on the first floor, you have the dining room with capacity for 12 guests and the spacious living area with comfortable white leather sofas where you can kick back, relax, plan your excursions or enjoy some of your favorite programs on the 60inch TV with satellite channels. Close at hand you have the modern and practical designer kitchen. With Italian designed furniture, breakfast bar and preparation area and every electrical appliance that you could possibly need including a double fridge and dishwasher, cooking will be an absolute pleasure.

From the kitchen you have direct access to the pool and garden at the rear of the house. The swimming pool is 8 x 4 metres and is surrounded by wooden decking and sun loungers. There is also an exterior dining area with table and chairs. To relax even more, the spacious 6 person heated jacuzzi is the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day of sightseeing.

On the second floor we find a study, the final double bedroom suite with full bath/shower.

From both the study and the bedroom you can access to a 160m2 terrace. Wooden decking, elegant lattice screens, comfortable seating and sun loungers provide guests with a wonderful chill-out space which can be enjoyed both by day and at night with some strategic romantic lighting.

As a little extra, at the other side of the terrace you come across a turret room, used as a reading room where you can hide away in this sunny and tranquil spot and lose yourself in a good book.

Note:

1) Villa Victoria Barcelona is inside Barcelona city in a residential area and the nightly rest of other neighbors must be respected, for this matter schedules have to be met: Quiet time is every day from 22:00 to 09:00. Parties are not allowed.

Hot tub & pool time is Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 22:30 and weekends from 09:30 to 22:30. In order to respect the neighbours there is a decibel detector.

2) The person who signs the contract upon arrival has to be older than 25 years.

3）Regular checkin/out time is 17:00-11:00, an early check-in from 12:00 will depend on availability and could cause an additional charge.

4）If you are arriving after 22.00 h, there is a late check-in fee.

5) If it is possible, you may stay in the property until 18:00 but this will be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the apartment rental price per night；Leaving any time after 18:00 will entail an additional charge corresponding to the full rental price per night of the apartment.

6) Regarding the daily cleaning, rooms/toilets and kitchen floor will be cleaned, but not the dishes or food leftovers, for this you will have to use the dishwasher. In case there are leftovers in the kitchen when the housekeeper arrives, for hygienic reasons it will be cleaned and the client will be charged with an additional 20€/hour.
